I have been through sweat and guts, I know how hard we can push ourselves, but I know it helps if you have someone there working with you and pushing you. It is hard to train on your own, it is hard to loose weight on your own. SO CALL ME FOR A CHAT AND GUIDANCE if you really want to get fit, take part in a race, lose weight or just feel better about yourself.
I assess each client and will soon know how much you can be pushed or for those recovering from injury assess what can or cant be achieved.
I always tend to start off on the side of caution, avoiding unnecessary injuries and am realistic about how long it takes to achieve your goals.
