Your health is one of your most precious possessions, so you should invest in it wisely.  Personal training should be exactly as it sounds, personal to you whether it be working on your core stability, working around injuries, increasing your fitness and most importantly increasing your confidence in what you can do.  I will work closely with you looking at what suits you and most importantly at a level that is achievable to you.  I have continued to specialise in different PT areas and am qualified in pre and post natal exercise, GP referral and Cancer rehab so call if you would like to chat about training or would like some advice.
