I think 2015 will be an exciting year with new developments. I am at present trying to find a new property to work out of & so will be able to offer LOTS of different classes, from Core & Restore to Circuits to Pre & Post natal Yoga to Dance Steps. They will offer ALL levels of pregnancy, early post natal and mums with older kids the opportunity to exercise with excellent, knowledgeable trainers. So can you all cross your fingers for me!!!!
Another exciting opportunity is that I am working with WaterBumps and how we can offer post natal mums a real mix of the right exercises for you. I am also networking with different pregnancy and post natal health specialists so if anyone asks me for a pre or post natal Osteo or Physio I can recommend someone who I trust & know is good.
I am also working with a nutritionist so we can offer proper advice, menu’s and daily nutritional tips online to go alongside training that you can do at home.
I would love feedback from you, what information, classes, exercises or advice would you like to read about? I have a large database so I want to make sure I cover enough for pregnant & early post natal ladies as well as those of you who may have attended my classes 6 or 7 years ago!!
