2015 Looking Ahead Positively & Healthily


How many of you set all these different NY resolutions? How many of you actually keep them and are still sticking to them by the end of January?!!! Why don’t you change tack next year and really think about just ONE, yes just 1 thing you are either going to take up and carry on with over the year. Make sure it is something manageable and sustainable and something that is not going to take up all your time but will realistically be achievable far longer than just January. This may mean getting your diary or calendar out and putting it in to remind you to do the new healthy, happy resolution!!  I could start suggesting lots of things for you, but to make this realistic and do-able YOU need to decide what you want to take up/start doing – can it be done daily or weekly or even bi-weekly?  My one main ask – please, please don’t start a diet where you give everything you crave up  – IT WILL NOT WORK!!!! Be realistic and just decide to work on ONE thing, put it on the calendar and treat it as a meeting, you can’t miss it!! I want to hear what you are all taking up please – Facebook me with your results at the end of January!!!
