Food for Febrauary – Avocados!!!


Avocados!!! Such a good food full of essential fatty acid, vitamins and minerals.  Remember, we all need the healthy fats and Avo’s are one of them!!  You can blitze them in the nutribullet and add cacao powder (the healthy one – NOT coco!!) and have a fab chocolate mouse!! Eggs with avos’, Avo’s on toast (home made seeded bread of course!!!) or just on its own with lots of pepper and lemon.  If you dont like them, blitz them up and add to your smoothies or soups or mix with something you love to see if you can get to like them!!
