Hi & happy January! How have your New Year’s Resolutions gone? Gone is the word?!! Many can’t keep their resolutions as there is no end in sight and they set too big a goals. So, grab your diary/calendar and decide on 1 or 2 small goals you would like to achieve in February. If it is about exercising make a date / put it in the diary as you would a meeting, OWN it and follow it up! Then come the end of Feb, assess how it went and then set new ones or progress your present ones. Please feedback how this works for you!
