After many years of only doing 1:1 PT with pregnant clients I have decided to start back at offering pregnancy classes. I haven’t done group sessions for a long time but due to the increased demand for pregnancy exercise and the lack of anything other than pregnancy yoga & pilates I have created a class offering fun exercise as well as some education about birth and the 1st 6 weeks post birth.

Classes will be quite small, bookable weekly hence offering flexibility and you will be put into groups depending on due date. We will do a mixture of deep core & pelvic floor work with strengthening whole body exercises as well as  some safe cardio exercise.  We will always finish off with questions & answers and look at the 1st 6 weeks post birth and what you can do or should avoid.

To book on you 1st need to fill out the health screening form on my website –  this is a MUST so please don’t sign up until you have filled the form out before your 1st class.  You can then book on via my website page – it will re-direct you to Booking Bug and you will see the pregnancy classes and be able to book on weekly.  You need to be at least 12 weeks pregnant to come to the classes – for those in their 2nd & 3rd Trimester only.  Here is the link to the form and booking on:  https://www.vickihill.co.uk/pregnancy-exercise-class
