Evening fitness class
Once you’ve gone back to work after maternity leave it can be hard to fit exercise into your busy schedule. That’s why my evening sessions are just 45 minutes, focusing on body weight and strengthening. We usually have around 20 ladies, and it’s a great social group with lots of encouragement. This is the perfect way to make friends while getting fit. This is not suitable for new mums or anyone with a diastasis.
When: Tuesdays (cardio / high intensity) and Thursdays (strengthening), 7.30pm
Where: Horfield Common (nr Ardagh), BS7 8SU
Price: £42-£72 (price varies depending on lenght of half term)
