Post school drop-off class for a convenient ‘HIIT’ of exercise

 

Lots of my ladies swear by this class as they get their exercise done straight from the school run, leaving them full of energy for the rest of the day. These sessions are held outdoors and focus on fitness and strengthening using bodyweight.

They are half an hour of short, sharp bursts of exercise like HITT.  Research has shown there are huge benefits in this approach, with calories continuing to burn throughout the day. We do include core exercises too, as many start the class having not done much exercise since having kids, so I will always check to see how your abs and pelvic floor are!

The course lasts anywhere from five to seven weeks depending on school half terms.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9.15-9:45am

Where: St Andrews Park

Price: Prices vary depending on the length of each half term. For example:

1 session a week for a 6 week half term: £26

2 sessions a week for a 6 week half term: £42
