ATHLETE 12 - ONLINE 12 WEEK FITNESS & STRENGTHENING COURSE
This is totally new for me and I'm very excited to offer my 1st ONLINE course in 2018. Introducing Holistic Core Restore ® Athlete 12. This is an opportunity to get FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER! This is great if you can only manage to go to one class a week but know to get fitter you need to be doing more exercise each week. You can do it when and where you like and it is conveniently a 20 minute workout. You can do it in your garden, at home or even on holiday!! You access this programme ONLINE and will have access to a closed Facebook page with more support from me each week. Have a look here:
So, how does it work?
- This programme runs for 12 weeks and will run through both a private Facebook group and an online portal. You will start with a fitness test and be re-tested at week 6 & 12 to see your progression. Each week you will be guided through a workout approximately 20 minutes in duration which will be progressed weekly by programme creator Jenny Burrell. I will also offer extra videos on how to do the exercises or additional 'HITT' sessions if you feel you would still like to do more.
- The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
- I will also add nutrition advise on the Facebook page with some clean eating ideas.
What else do you need to know?
- You will need to complete the health screening form to make sure you are suitable for this programme. (Please note, if you have issues with the pelvic floor or a diastasis get in touch with me so I can assess whether it is suitable for you. )
- The programme starts with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
- You will need equipment! Some of this you may already have. Some you may need to purchase some dumb bells - I will advise on the Facebook page where to get the best priced equipment.
- Week 1: Prepare for the week, set your goals, buy what you need, do your measurements, take photos & do your fitness Test
Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 = Phase 1 – gently building over the weeks!
Weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 = Phase 2 – Dynamic!
Weeks 9, 10 and 11 = Phase 3 – Badass!
Week 12: Summary Week, Re-evaluation and Fitness Test
