Well, my classes are all up and running and in the 1st week back I suggested they look differently at NY resolutions. I think we all know they don't last more than 4 weeks, 6 weeks if you're lucky and the reason being .... there is no end in sight with them and often there is nothing to measure them against. So, ladies, why don't you take one goal you would like to achieve in January, whether it is take something up or give something up. So mine in January is to take the dog out 2x a day for a minimum of 30 minutes both sessions, no matter what the weather!! Can you see that this is very achievable & I have set myself a doable, measured goal as I've said 30 minutes each time. (It was going great until I fell ill with flu last week, so dog walker managed it for me!!) When you get to the end of January that is the focussed goal done and managed. Then you start a new goal in February as the main focus but of course if you can still manage to try and keep to the 1st goal great, but the main focus is on February's goal. Try this each month and let me know how it goes!
