1:1 Assessments & Personal Training

Assess where you are and what level of fitness you are with a 1:1 session. If you have a diastasis, pelvic floor issue, are recovering from a Hysterectomy or would like advice with the Menopause.

Everything Menopause Programme

1:1 Body Assessment or Personal Training: this is for anyone who would like some support and advice.  This is for anyone who may have had a hysterectomy, be menopausal, a new mum or someone who feels very weak in their core or pelvic floor.  Would you like to know how your body posture or how you get up from the chair or lift something heavy can have an impact on your abdominals and pelvic floor?  You can book a one off assessment session.

Or if you feel you need guidance on how to start/get back to exercise or how to exercise with a prolapse or pelvic floor issues.  I can work with you for the number of sessions you need to become confident and able to do the exercises.  We can initially start weekly with the aim to build independence and only see me for updates if and when needed.

“As an obstetrician I wholeheartedly recommend Vicki as one of the few personal trainers who has experience and sound knowledge about exercise in pregnancy and beyond. She is one of the few personal trainers who teach pelvic floor exercises properly. What she doesn’t know about how to exercise during pregnancy and post natal isn’t worth knowing. She is incredible at ensuring you exercise safely in pregnancy and return to fitness after birth at the right rate for you.”
