Everything Menopause Programme

Release, Mobilise & Relax Class via Zoom

Do you ache all the time? Do you feel stiff or tense all the time? Come and join me for an hour of chill-out Zoom class to de-stress, move & relax, all in one.

Create your ‘relaxing, chill-out area’. If you have some fairy lights or delicious smelly candles or just a warm, relaxing room then sign up for an hour of decadence as you focus on YOU.

You’ll need a resistance band, yoga ball / hard ball & a pillow (you can buy the balls, bands and rollers when you sign up)

Who is the programme for?

This offering includes simple ways to ‘release’ muscular tension that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions.   This programme also involves simple meditation strategies and ESSENTIAL Pelvic Floor and nervous system soothing – which is just as important as ‘doing the work’.

A delicious and ESSENTIAL part of any wellness strategy and suitable (with modifications) for all women.  Remember:  the function of your Pelvic Floor, the way you breathe and the healing of your Diastasis all depend on optimal postural alignment…it truly matters, so how about we prioritize moving freely in our daily life?

Release, Mobilise & Relax Class

“I started focusing on my pelvic floor muscles during my daily activities, such as when picking up my toddler etc. I feel more tone around my waist but I know it’s only the beginning and I have to keep practicing. I started eating more proteins and reduced my coffee. Generally I feel better about myself knowing that I am doing something positive and eating well.”
