Menopause Assessments

Menopause comes to us all, FACT! However, every woman has a different experience & everyone's body will react differently to the changes at this time of her life. Lets start by looking at what YOU need.

Everything Menopause Programme

As you go through the menopause transition – the peri-menopause & post menopause, you’ll notice your body changing as a result of fluctuating hormone levels

I offer one-off 1:1 sessions for menopause fitness advice and assessments.

If you want some support or some guidance regarding anything about your menopausal experience then book a 1:1 consultation. It is about looking at the whole picture – you self care, your exercise, your stress and your symptoms.

“The internet is a mine information but where do you start !! How do you pick something that will suit you. GP’s are a complete luck of the draw.

Thank you Vicki, you are giving us a range of options enabling us to make an informed choice.

For me, I’m now more informed about HRT, I can now consider that a choice.
Looking at self care, something we all think about but don’t very often action.”
