Fitness class for new mums

Postnatal class for new mums

I 1st started working with post natal women in 2007.  I have spent years updating my knowledge & skills, staying up to date the with latest updates in women’s health.

In all of my classes I support women with pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis – always ensuring exercises are changed for those needing to be more careful.

These classes are designed for new mums and their babies to start their health and fitness journey following giving birth. The classes are suitable for mums 6 weeks post birth and 10 weeks post c-section.

Classes are outside in the fresh air which is great for both mums and babies. It is so important to get outdoors and these sessions are about gently getting back to exercise no matter what sort of birth you have had. It is about building a strong foundation – building from within out.

Outdoor class to come along to with your kids

My passion is to educate women on how to exercise correctly.  Advice and education is as much a part of the class as ‘safely’ getting the heart rate up offering pelvic floor and diastasis safe faster exercises.

Classes are for any mums (or dads) who want to exercise safely with their kids in tow. The classes are an hour long using bodyweight and band work exercises and safe cardio to help you exercise effectively and I make sure they are suitable for everyone whether it is your first week or your 25th week, I tweak the class for everybody’s needs.

You will need something for you and your baby to lie/sit on if you need to get them out of the pram, water for yourself and selection of bands (long and mini). You can use any type of pram as there is no running with the pram. PLEASE read the info about how to book & please FILL OUT THE FORM below.

You can also buy blocks of 5 or 10 classes for Outdoor New Mums Fitness Class – 5 classes are £37.50 and 10 classes are £60

“It’s difficult to say what I would have done without Vicki since having my first baby!! My sister and I turned up with 12 week old babies ready to kick back into athletic action! I have always hated classes and had no expectation. My daughter is now 15 months old and I continue to go to Vicki’s classes!”

Payments

You can buy 1, 5 or 10 Outdoor New Mums Fitness class passes.

1 class is £9.00

Blocks of classes can be purchased – 5 classes are £37.50 and 10 classes are £60

Please note that if you buy 5 class passes they will last for 8 weeks, they will then expire. If you buy 10 class passes they last for 15 weeks before they expire.

Booking

Once you have made payment you will still need to book onto a class. You can book on via the ‘Book Now’ button, or using the details below and it will take you to my booking system and you will see the different classes via a calendar. Book onto the class you want, and use your class pass to make payment. If you create an account it will remember your password and make it easier to book on.

Cancellations / Reschedule

If you have purchased a block of classes you are able to cancel or reschedule up to two hours before the class and the session will be put back on your booking code. However, if you have paid for a one off or pay session by session and you cancel you will lose your class, so please reschedule at least 4 hours before your class otherwise you will not get the money/class back.

And anyone who cancels or tries to reschedule after this time (at least 4 hours before) will lose the session. This is to ensure other people can book on if people decide not to turn up as each class as a maximum of 16 people. Thank you for your help.
