Online New-Mums Strengthening Class

This is my NEW online class to get new mums moving, at home.

This class is for anyone who is six weeks post-birth or 10 weeks post c section. If you haven’t done much core strengthening and exercise before. This is a class where we build your fitness.

During the classes, I will also offer education on health and nutrition throughout.

The Tuesday sessions will be live with me via Zoom and the Thursday sessions will be a recording of the Tuesday session which you can then continue to use for the week.

Each Thursday you will receive a new video and the videos will be available to watch for one week.

Tuesday live sessions – 5 weeks is £35

Thursday pre-recorded sessions – 5 weeks is £35
