Online Summer HIIT
This class runs throughout the summer with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) / Tabatta style sessions featuring 20 seconds of hard exercises followed by 10 seconds of easy exercise on repeat. There’s a lot of running, skipping and burpee type exercises, which offers a high post workout fat burn.

This class will run throughout the summer, it will be online until we are able to start again outside. It is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) / Tabatta style sessions featuring 20 seconds of hard exercises followed by 10 seconds of easy exercise on repeat. There’s a lot of running on the spot, skipping and burpee type exercises, which offers a high post workout fat burn.
There will be a live Tuesday Zoom session at 6.30-7am, plus a recorded video of the class for use at home during that week, as many times as you like.
For those that are interested, you can add a nutritional element by changing how you eat through the course. Protein-rich breakfasts and post-exercise carbohydrates will help you lose inches. It’s all about healthy fats, carbs and proteins, and nothing to do with dieting, which will leave you with no energy to face your busy day. I provide a nutrition pack full of information and recipes for health meals and snacks.
How to Book
Summer Morning Fitness runs throughout the summer as a block course with a week off followed by a further block etc.
Please note: This course is NOT for new mums or anyone with pelvic floor issues or if you still have a proper diastasis.

Price for 7 weeks: £77 for live session and weekly pre-recorded video
When we are allowed outside, it will go back to normal (Tuesday and Friday mornings at 6.30am – 7am) on Horfield Common.
You will also need to bring:
A skipping rope (from experience it is worth buying a decent one – the cheap ones tend to break!)
I would also look at investing in a set of 3 or 4kg dumbbells for those who want to carry on over the summer when we add more weights.
