Please take time to explore the different types of videos that are on offer in this membership

It may be advisable to look at some of the breathing techniques first, as it is the essence of looking after your body when exercising.

Maybe then have a look at different techniques to check you are doing the lifts/moves correctly.

ALWAYS be prepared for the sessions before starting. I would get a set of easier and heavier weights, a band - long and mini loop band and for some exercises you need access to a step / the stairs.

Finally, and most importantly.  PLEASE make sure you choose the right levels for you.  If you have a diastasis or pelvic floor issues or haven't exercised for a while, then start with the easier/strength exercises first.
