Postnatal / Recovery Exercises

These exercises are for any post natal ladies (NOT before 6 weeks) or anyone getting back to fitness after an injury or having not exercised for a while.

 

These videos are about working from the inside out. If you have any pelvic floor issues, a diastasis or just want to get back to exercise safely, start with these basic exercises.

 

I would also watch the breathing video first - to understand WHY it is all part of strengthening from the deeper core.

If you don't have the yellow band then use tins or light dumbbells.
