New Focus, New YOU!


September!  I always look at September as a fresh start, a new focus and to look at what I would like to aim to do in the Autumn. How about you?  You’ve had the wonderful summer holidays, or maybe you haven’t and you are about to have your holiday?? Maybe you have just given birth and also look at a new way of life ahead.

Whatever category you are in, stop and take some time to maybe set some goals or just focus on something for you.  This past year has been so different; different from anything any of us have ever experienced.  Have you changed in any way from this past year?  Have you started new hobbies or tried to do something for yourself or maybe had no time to yourself at all?

Now we are going back to a bit more ‘normality’ or a few more ‘pre-Covid’ routines.  Are you now focussing on starting back with getting back on track with more of your own exercise or hobbies for you? I do hope so, especially as next week the kids are finally back at school and fingers X’d not having all the isolation hassles from last year!

Therefore, decide what you would like to do and look at when you can fit it in and then tell yourself it is an appointment that can not be cancelled!!! It is time in the diary to do something for yourself, no matter how long or short a time or how small the goal, it is something for you to enjoy!!
