Core & Restore - Everywoman Foundation is a 6 week course of hour-long sessions (plus 10 minutes’ homework 3-4 times per week). I accept a maximum of ten ladies per course so I can give you the attention you deserve. I also provide a babysitter to help look after the babies so you can focus on you!

Vicki's core and restore sessions are incredible! I've had two caesarian sections (the first one three years ago) but only just started the sessions after my second child.
