One-to-one sessions to get you on track


Do you have clear fitness goals that you want to achieve? Maybe you want to lose a few pounds before the summer holidays, or run a 5K. Whatever your goal, I can help you put a personalised plan in place to give you the best possible chance, and then work with you every step of the way to get you over the line.

We’ll start by making sure your core muscles are strengthened and any issues such as pelvic floor, diastasis recti or caesarean scarring are addressed up front. In our initial session, I’ll go through a number of checks and measurements, and if I feel there is cause for concern I’ll refer you on to one of my network of women’s physiotherapists or chiropractors. Then we’ll work with bands, balls, weights and more to get you fighting fit again.
