One-to-one sessions to get you on track


Would you like an assessment to see how your abs are or if your pelvic floor doesn't feel right and would like to know how to strengthen it? I do one off assessment sessions so contact me if you would like this.

Or do you have clear fitness or core strengthening goals that you want to achieve? Whatever your goal, I can help you put a personalised plan in place to give you the best possible chance, and then work with you every step of the way to get you over the line.

We’ll start by making sure your core muscles are strengthened and any issues such as pelvic floor, diastasis recti or C-Section scarring are addressed up front. In our initial session, I’ll go through a number of checks and measurements, and if I feel there is cause for concern I’ll refer you on to one of my network of women’s physiotherapists or chiropractors. Then we’ll work with bands, balls, weights and more to get you fighting fit again.
